1. Information is general
Everything on this website is published for general information about our trips. We take care to keep itineraries, prices, dates and inclusions accurate, but we do not warrant that every page is complete, current or error free. Where a page conflicts with the written confirmation and invoice we send you, that confirmation prevails.
2. Prices and availability
Prices shown are per traveller on twin sharing and can change until a booking is confirmed in writing. Seat counts and "spots left" labels update periodically and may be briefly out of date. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.
3. Travel carries risk
Our trips include activities such as high altitude travel, mountain road journeys, trekking, water activities and time in remote places with limited medical facilities. These carry inherent risks that cannot be fully eliminated. You are responsible for judging whether a trip suits your health and fitness, and for disclosing anything relevant to us before you book. Take medical advice where you are unsure.
4. Not professional advice
Nothing on this site is medical, legal, financial, insurance or immigration advice. Information about visas, permits, vaccinations, currency or customs rules is shared in good faith and can change without notice. Always confirm requirements with the relevant embassy, consulate or government authority before you travel.
5. Third party services
Accommodation, transport, guides, activities and insurance are provided by independent suppliers under their own terms. We choose them carefully and use them repeatedly, but their conduct is not within our direct control. Our responsibility as the trip organiser is set out in our terms and conditions.

Where we link to another website, it is for convenience only. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse their content, and we are not responsible for what they publish or how they handle your data.
7. Photographs and imagery
Photographs on this site show destinations, stays and past departures. Weather, seasonal conditions, room allocation and specific views are not guaranteed to match an image. Where an image is representative rather than from the exact property or date, we mark it as such.
8. Traveller reviews
Reviews and quotes published here are shared with the traveller's permission and describe her own experience. They are individual opinions and are not a promise that your trip will be the same.
9. Government advisories
We follow advisories issued by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India and by destination authorities, and we will tell you if one affects your trip. Checking the advisory for your destination before you travel remains your responsibility.
10. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on information published on this site. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and it does not limit our obligations under our terms and conditions once you have booked.
