If you have six or more women already, we will build the trip around your dates instead of ours. Same stays, same drivers, same trip leads. Popular for milestone birthdays, college reunions and mother and daughter trips.

Booking

How payment and cancellation work

The short version is here. The full terms are in our cancellation and refund policy.

How much do I pay to hold a seat?

Twenty five percent of the trip price. The balance is due 30 days before departure. For trips over ₹75,000 we can split that balance into two payments.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancel more than 45 days before departure and you get everything back except the booking fee. Between 45 and 30 days you keep 50 percent. Inside 30 days the trip is non-refundable because the stays and transport are already paid for. Full slabs are in the refund policy.

Can I move my booking to another date?

Once, free of charge, if you tell us more than 30 days before departure and the new date has a seat. After that a transfer fee applies.

What if you cancel the trip?

If a departure does not reach its minimum of six women, we tell you at least 21 days ahead and you choose: move to another date or take a full refund. We do not run a trip with fewer than six.

Do I need travel insurance?

It is compulsory on all international trips and strongly recommended within India. You buy your own so the cover matches your health history. We will check the policy number before departure.
